A naming ceremony for the David Bradley, the new inshore lifeboat funded by donations from members of the Baltic and David’s many friends to the David Bradley Memorial Fund, will take place at Lymington, Hampshire on Saturday 12 September.
The ceremony will take place at Lymington Lifeboat Station, starting at 1100 – those wishing to attend the ceremony should arrive for 1030. Afterwards a short demonstration of the lifeboat will be given, followed by a barbeque lunch hosted by the Baltic at the Mayflower Pub.
To support the day, all guests wishing to stay for lunch are asked to make a £10 donation to Lymington RNLI. Lunch will be provided by the Baltic with any drinks to be covered by guests.
